Salt Test Humidity Level

Is it 70% or 75% for the correct outcome on the salt test? ???
I've read seen both figures quoted before.

I bought a nice adjustable digital jobbie from Viper but I'm having a heck of a time calibrating it.
I've tried 4 times now and I keep coming up with 73%, which is good, it's consistent at least.
The bad thing is, the adjustment knob is pegged all the way to the right. I can't turn it up any further to get it to read 75%, if that's where it needs to be.

Looks like you'll have to accept 73% then. The salt test, if done correctly, should yield 75%.

Well, it looks like there may have been some tweakage room left on the dial.
I've probably busted the darn thing, but I was able to turn it a tad bit more, so we'll retest and see where it comes out I guess.
