i rarely brag about what i buy, but i just had to share this one....
i knew my b&m had a the newman humi set so i went over there at lunch to see how many were left because i was wanting to buy the empty humi after they were sold. they had only sold 9 (@$35 a pop i wonder why). i asked him if he would sell the humi when it was empty, and he said he was basically having no luck selling the cigars and it was taking up too much space to just buy the whole thing from him. just to kinda feel him out i said "$500 for the 31 cigars and the humi" (btw, out of the 9 missing only 1 dc and 2 dcm were gone). 545 bucks with tax and few minutes later i was lugging my prize out the door. i felt like id just robbed a bank (not that i know what that feels like).
id say a better than average start to my weekend.
