SE Pennsylvania meetup at a Cigar Bar?

It seems there are a number of members in the greater Philadelphia area, which includes a bit of NJ, and out west toward Lancaster. Is there any interest in a weekend get-together at one of these places?

That last has the advantage of being right next to a Cabela’s if you want to waste more time for your trip.

I’m not a mall kind of guy, but there’s an additional time-waster if you enjoy malls

Darn. I'd go to downtown Philly on a weekend, but not mid-week. I doubt others would like to travel to fight the traffic to go downtown midweek. But you should DEFINITELY check out the Ashton Cigar Bar. You never know, I may decide to join you on the spur of the moment.

There's a possibility I may take that week off, actually. I won't rule out getting down there.

Grab an AMTRAK train on the Keystone line to 30th st station then one stop on SEPTA to Suburban Station. 8-10 minute walk from there.

I take AMTRAK every time I go. Its way better than you think and probably pretty cheap compared to driving into and parking in the city. My AMTRAK ticket gets me to Suburban free. It would also take me to Jefferson if I was staying over there.
Screw driving in and parking.

Yeah I used to commute that way. I need to schedule some time off. I’ll get back to you maybe dinner and a cigar lounge.
 
I mean it doesnt have to be meeting me. You SE guys could pull this off whenever you want, whatever day you want for cheap. Take half day or cpl hours and take the train and then have dinner and go to Ashton. All within 10 min walking distance of Suburban.

Lots of great places to eat close to Ashton.
