Searching for a certain humidor, but I cant find it. Can you help?

Hi everyone,

I don't spend a lot of time on forums, so hopefully you'll excuse any breaches of etiquette. The last time I was here, I learned about Viper Beads and Heartfelt Industries, which proved quite helpful. So, I'm turning to all of you again for help finding a small humidor that I missed the opportunity to buy.

I really liked the Padilla Especiale Travel Cigar Caddy http://www.amazon.com/20-Cigar-Travel-Humidor-Padilla-Especiale/dp/B0083TYC0E . I didn't buy it when I first saw it. Now, I have a need for a small humidor. This is the one I want.

I bought it three seperate times at Humidor Vault, Shop Wise Guys, and Amazon. Humidor Vault and Shop Wise Guys failed to ship the humidor. When I contacted these companies three weeks later, they realized they didn't actually carry the humidor anymore. The company on Amazon failed to deliver the humidor on time, and when I contacted them about it, they told me to keep it for free if it ever showed up. It did not and I doubt they ever sent it. I've invested a couple of months into the process.

So, enough with my sad story. My question is: Does anyone know where I can find this humidor?

I've never bought from them, but the name does sound familiar. Search the board here for them and see if you can find some reviews.

except for the picture on the top.

I used to see a ton of them on Cbid too. They actually work quite well, I have about 5 left in my humi that I store random sticks.
 
Just for kicks, I went on the Devils site to see how many of these were still available. I found the RP logo and the CI Legends still available ranging from $4-$7 up to $10.

I almost bought another 5'ver of my favorite cigar, El Mejor Espresso. :love:

Got two more places that list it as in stock. Again, I know nothing about these companies, just came up when searching.

I'll tell you how I found them. Took the pic from one of the links, and used google's similar image search. Then down at the bottom of that page, it gives you a list of places that have that pic on their site. Then click through to see if they have it.

If neither of those places have it, this link should give you the full results list for similar pics:

Neither company had it. I even contacted Padilla to see if they carried it. No luck. Thanks guys.

Ha ha @ 4cbln3. I went to South Beach several years ago and loved it. The picture reminds me of the trip. And yes, the girl looks pretty good, too.
 
Thanks wkoti and Tom. I've contacted so many sites and they all say they have it listed by mistake. Maybe it will be released at some other point in time.
 
Why not go the creative route and buy a couple off CigarBid and just make your own cover to suit your desires? Can't hurt on a $7 humidor. I've seen guys dress up their Cigar Caddies and smoking tables before using decoupage.

Since the search function is working now, have fun checking it out.
