Should Smoking be banned outdoors? Vote No on this ridiculous article&

Glad to see it moving...I voted it was 51% yes...I voted about 20 times wondering why it wasn't moving before I read "We've already counted your vote" :(

Manitoba isn;t much better unfortunately. I actually just read on the CBC News site that a bunch of stores in Saskatchewan that carry tobacco products are going to stop because new laws are being put into place that will require tobacco products to be kept in a separate area that is inaccessible to minors, and not just behind the counter (and out of view).
