Signature pictures

The size of the signature pictures is getting a little out of hand.

Signatures should be no larger than
- 300x100 px
- 250x250 px

Anything larger than that is obtrusive, and will be deleted without notice.

Hmmmm In trying to measure my sig pic i find that the numbers keep coming up 36 x 24 x 36 ?
