That reminds me, I need to get my prescription refilled.

I tend to wake up after any nightcap wears off so I don't really recommend that as a sleep aid. Not big on pills, either. The exercise and no tv/comp works well, also. The reason warm milk works is the calcium. Make sure you have that in your diet. Reading helps me.
