So I am putzing around the internet trying very hard not to work today and I happen upon probably one of the coolest things have I have ever heard about: SLINGBOX!

I am seriously thinking about getting one, just to stream sports and movies (porn)(just kidding if my fiancee is reading this ;)) on my Treo 700w. Does anyone have one? Pros / Cons?

Okay then whats the purpose... If it tells you what to watch, how nice is that. If I want to watch baseball and it decides football how useful is that? Maybe I am missing something here.

Because the Slingbox gives you full remote control over the source device, there is no need to leave your TV or device on in order to use the Slingbox. Simply press the "power" button on your virtual remote if the device is turned off.

It looks like there is a digital interface that pops up on the computer screen so you can change channels and stuff...this is the link for the mobile version.

I'm sure the PC version has something similar. That would be stupid to sell something like this that you couldn't change the channel.
