Smoke Inconcistency

That's ****ing stupid.

WHy didn't she grab both cigars from the get-go, instead of making two trips?

Someone needs to smack her.

Actually, that has to be fake . . . there are mirrors and a camera that is obviously being operated by an actual person. Since they did not stop her they now have to chuck the entire Humi full of cigars. :(

Must be a joke . . . where is the doofus that is supposed to be working the counter?

Why? She pulled out a tubo - removed the cigar and "hid" it then replaced the empty Tube in the humi. She's just a thief, although I think the camera should have a better zoom.

As for the counter person. I'm betting that was who was operating the camera and was probably laughing to hard to move. Probably caught her leaving the store, since shoplifters have to attemp exit without payment to be prosecuted.

No she did not hide the cigar. I got the impression she was creating a new line of naturally flavored cigars. She did take them out of the tubes, did her thing and then put them back.

As for throwing away the entire humi . . . can YOU Tell which ones she "snatched" :D out of the humi? Well at least they have to throw away all the tubos.

Either way that is NASTY :0

Actually, they do not have to wait for you to leave or attempt to leave to prosecute if it is obvious that the person put the items in such a place that it is clear that they were taking them without paying. Usually, however, they do wait to be certain and to strengthen their case.

However, I still stand by my contention that she did not stael the cigars but rather "infused" them with her own natural flavor. YUCK!

This may be a state by state thing. In MI, shoplifting is defined as exiting a store with merchandise without payment. As long as you ahven't exited, then you have the chance to "change your mind" and pay or return the item. That's why there are so many dept detectives in Detroit that follow you around the stores. If they think you are stealing they dog you until you cross the threshold then jack you up.

And it just looked to me that she removed the cigar, set the tube by the liquor, slide it you-know where, grabbed the tubes and put the empty tube in the case. (Hence my comment on not throughing out the humi - if htey are just empty tubes in there, the rest are un-affected)

Either way, she's still sick in the head.
