Smokeless Ashtrays

I preface this by saying I live in Washington. Noah never had to deal with as much rain as we have seen over the last couple of weeks. I usually like to sit outside and smoke on the porch, but that just isn't practical.

My question is: Have any of you used a smokless ashtray? If so, what ones would you reccomend?

I have been wondering about this as well, just have not had the nerve to ask the question.

I saw one on Ebay that had a USB connector to power the fan. Just wondering how much of it was bunk and how much was actually a good product.

I don't see the point of it, I put 10x more smoke in the air when I puff on the cigar than when it's just sitting in the ashtray.

Same here, even 15 times more
I just dont see a reason to use smokeless ashtrays.

also agreed - the ONLY time I have seen a smokeless ashtray be worth anything is when a cigarette smoker lights one up and sets it in the ashtray while doing a crossword or something. Cigars go out when sitting in the ashtray and there is NO WAY the fan in the ashtray will filter the room's air.

True that, I HATE when my ciggy smoking coworkers put on the loud obnoxious ceiling air purifier while I'm contentedly puffing on a Grand Cru No.2... I like to watch my smoke waaaffft away...
