would make smoking illegal in all public workplaces, with the exception of certain tobacco stores and offices.
The prohibition would extend to bars, eateries and bowling alleys."

I'm guessing that "certain tobacco stores" means cigar shops, but I don't really know.
It looks like this the end to cigar bars in this state, #@!!#*#.

There are enough places that allow cigarette smoking but not cigars, this will eliminate both!
