Crap, the smoking ban craze is coming to Virginia; link

The article has the following line: "The bill, sponsored by a Republican from Roanoke,
would make smoking illegal in all public workplaces, with the exception of certain tobacco stores and offices.
The prohibition would extend to bars, eateries and bowling alleys."

I'm guessing that "certain tobacco stores" means cigar shops, but I don't really know.
It looks like this the end to cigar bars in this state, #@!!#*#.

Yeah, as long as you are not within 25ft of the entrance! :p

I couldn't believe how much it passed by, Ranger. Wonder how long it'll be until some state tries to ban it entirely..

Let's hope the House is saner than the Senate was.

Who would have thought.

It might be like NY and grandfather in a few of the current shops / bars that already have cigar smoking there. Not sure what the future will be in VA...... :0

I am surprised that they still let you smoke in your home. Hmmm, maybe that will be next. Damn moronic politicians.
