Howdy folks,
I'm about ready to head to Chicago for a business conference and was thinking about bringing some nice sticks with me to smoke. I'm not sure what the laws are like lately in Chicago, but was wondering what restrictions exist with regards to lighting up a smoke in doors?

Also, I want to bring some ISOMs but am not sure if leaving the bands on would be a good idea (with regards to going through security checks). Any thoughts on this would also be very welcomed.

Thanks :D
Darren

Smoking ban is in effect here in chicago.
Luckily they have until 07/08 to comply.

A majority of the lounges, bars, steak restaurants are strill allowing smoking.

I would suggest you try these places downtown. These are places I have successfully smoked a cigar at in the past yr.

Gibsons steakhouse
Mortons steakhouse
Ditka's restaurant
ESPNZONE (bar area only)
Rock bottom brewery

ALso most hotel bars i beleive allow cigar smoking.

When are you coming in?
And where are you staying?
Im sure hale and I would be up for a mini herf downtown!
