Snow levels are getting low

Here's a picture I took this morning from my front yard, looking up the street towards Mt. Baldy. They predicted snow levels as low as 1,000 ft yesterday and thunderstorms, however the storm never came. If it did, we would have had snow on our front lawn.

I'm sure Easterners wouldn't call it snow but there was icy white stuff coming down around Universal City, Burbank, Pasadena on Saturday. Snow, hail, whatever you call it I think this is the first time in my life I've seen it happen in the SFV.

On another note, I hate icy windshields in the morning. They should put the defrosting mechanism on the front windshields as well.

Nothing but cold here in Temecula. The Ortegas got a light dusting. Nothing like the weather babes predicted.

In Palm Springs over the weekend, I saw snow levels lower than anyone can recall seeing them, there.

Ugh. This makes me wish I took another trip out to California/Nevada area.
