Since working for the State for a while, of course the low bid always gets the contract. Providid their credentials are ok.

My local B&M first and foremost, as it has a good selection and prices that are usually below MSRP, even on the hard to find stuff (when it happens to be there). For product it doesn't carry, I'll go to whoever has the best price online.
