Yes, they signature underneath. Do you know what year the signature was added?

Middle 90's I believe, they were having a counterfeit problems at the time, if I remember right.
So they added the signatures, to make it harder to counterfeit.

The box could be from 1999 to early 2001 based on the lack of a second band, and the inclusion of a signature on the back. Topped a thread for more info.

I wish I knew the answer. The person I bought them from said he had them for over 3 years. All I really know is what Moki posted here; they were made sometime between 99 and 01.
