Lots of people like to do reviews on specific cigars but I generally like certain brands and most times, I like most or all of the vitolas of that brand. I'll list my favorites here along with my favorite vitolas of that brand and it might be interesting to look at this thread sometime in the future. At the present time, the order that I have listed these are the order in which I prefer them:
Saint Luis Rey:
Serie A
Double Corona
Petit Corona
San Cristobal de la Habana:
La Fuerza
El Principe
El Morro
Rafael Gonzales:
Coronas Extra
Ramon Allones:
Small Club Corona
Gigantes
Petit Coronas
Vegas Robaina:
Famosos
Don Alejandro
Quai d'Orsay:
Gran Corona
Punch:
Punch
Petit Coronas
Petit Coronas del Punch
As far as short filler Havanas, these are my favorites:
Quintero:
Brevas
Jose L. Piedra:
Cazadores
Regarding Cohibas, the only one I like to smoke are the Siglo IVs but I have a hard time rationalizing the considerably higher price for these.
I also like H. Upmann Magnum 46s, La Gloria Cubana Tainos and Sancho Panza Sanchos.
I will enjoy just about ANY Cuban cigar any day of the week. I have yet to find one that I truly dislike.
Well, not much of a review but I'm not big on long, draw out reviews where the reviewer likens the taste of tobacco to shubbery and/or food.
IMO, the cigars I listed above are great Cuban cigars!
