I was wondering if I was going to be the first to point out the obvious. Sure the dude was a bowl of ball soup. Sure he sucked at dealing with an obviously pissed off customer. But where is the acceptance of your culpability? Think of how the email string could have changed if you'd have called the number he gave you in his first reply.I still don't get it. You bought a car, waited months to register it, didn't check the smog status, and then lose it over someone ELSE not checking it either . . . and $28?
