Today was a good day. I just had a great 26 mile trail training run through Prince William Forest in preparation for my next race, the weather was absolutely stunning, I had a wonderful meal prepared for me by a stunning woman I've recently started to date, and then sent out on the deck to enjoy one of my favorite cigars while she cleans up. And oh, a few minutes later to just brought me an espresso and dessert. After several years of ups and downs after my divorce, I've learned to treasure these sorts of moments. I'm happy.

It's all in prep for an overnight 50 miler I'm racing in next month. And yes, it's a dumb sport. [emoji188][emoji6]
