I don't have any more private correspondence - lee has already posted our entire conversation on his site. It's all in the public domain now. So WTF are you talking about?

Also, what are you talking about with pirated software? All of the software offered by my company is completely legal. Hmmmm, what's that called again? Oh yeah, I think it's called slander.

Not that I'm keeping score or anything, but what is the website you're referring to where he posted this stuff...just trying to kill some time before the debate starts :p

Sorry boys and girls, I have to go now. I can't play anymore.
You'll just have to have fun without me. :p

Dave ;)

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah :sign: !!!!!!!

Sue me Dave! Do it. I'm serious.

Please, please, please, please take me to court. :) That's the second time you've accused me of slander. Neither time did you have any grounds.

If I recomended you read Lolita would you take me to court for calling you a child molester? Yeah, you probably would, wouldn't you!

In case you really still are ignorant.....you have admitted to pirating software publicly. I was pointing you to a "great" source on the legality of such actions....your own site

I would say at this point going back and forth with dave is useless. Don't feed the troll....

I'm done with it as this has nothing to do with CP as far as I'm concerned. Form your own opinions..... ;)

Due to your history as a troublemaker-client, I felt the need to exercise my right to inspect your webspace.
OMG..... I don't believe you even said that. :0 troublemaker-client? You can say that now that the sh*t has hit the fan but prior to you trying to have Lee edit Sams post no one.... and I repeat no one caused you any trouble. You got pissed because you couldn't moderate and edit as you saw fit like you were doing here. That is the lamest excuse I have ever heard as to why you were snooping around.

I hope you had a chance to read all of my PM's. If you missed any of them let me know and I'll send them to ya.

I'm done pissing on this......

Dearest Davey,
You were completely aware of the content of Lee's board BEFORE he ever bought space from you. Why then, did you NOT address the existing content BEFORE you took him on as a client? I mean, other than the fact that you were scheming to get his $20.00 or whatever paltry sum you sold your reputation for. What part of my post did you want edited? Hmmmm? Which part violates your TOS? Hmmmm? I mean, I never called you a scheming little bitch. I never called you a petulant, penny pinching, conniving cheat, either because even though it is true it would be a violation. So what was the offense in my post that caused the suspension? Hah! Your reputation ruined???? Naw, your reputation is intact and well deserved.

Some people are all about themselves. They extend you a handshake while trying to figure out how to get into your back pocket. I've seen some classless acts before on the cigar boards but there is one individual, who calls this place home, who has really taken it to a new level. This individual reminds me of the little kid who can't has his way so he takes his ball home. Pathetic!
Geez Kenny, I already apologized, you didn't need to out me in public! My intention wasn't to scam you, it really wasn't! ;)

No, you're wrong. Slander is done through a verbal (or transitory)arena, whereas it is libel that is done through a printed one. If you are going to try to sound the least bit threatening (in an educated sort of way), make sure you have it right. But, in any event, without putting a dog in this fight (whatever the hell it may be about anyway), truth is always a defense to either. ;)
