Speaking of Poker How 'bout those Cards!

Cardinals are playing really well. Just swept SD 3 games but this weekend they will get thier first look at the Dodgers. I am rooting for them to do well in this test and will hopefully be at one or two of the games this weekend. GO CARDS!

IMHO They will be in the World Series this year. This is the best team they have had in years.

I have not watched the Cards since Bob Gibson was on the mound. They're still around huh? :sign:

Well, there is no Bob Gibson on the staff this year, but a lot of other very nice pitchers. You should watch them Horse and yes they are still aroung.....the top. Won 3 from SD and 3 from LA over the weekend, both playoff contending teams.

One editorial comment about "playoffs" in baseball. You play 162 games and the winners should play for the title. Playoffs when you have that many regular season games makes it a bit like hockey with two seasons.
