Spending and collecting

So as I am cleaning out my first cooler, I got to thinking about the money I have spent on cigars. In the 8 months here I filled my original 50 count(maybe in a week or 2), then got a 250ct(filled), then a 28 bottle Vino(filled), started to dabble in CC and filled a 500ct Humidor locker... Now I'm here seasoning a cooler?? Luckily I know I am not crazy..
Or have all of us lost it? I figure I fall somewhere in the middle as far as my collection( is it a collection?) goes. There are plenty of guys with Huge towers and over flow and guys with their 50 cts still( I'd assume for not much longer)..
Back to the money thing, I'm glad to say it's never been a problem, bills are always paid, money always put in savings, but extra.. most to cigars..plus I have no kids at this time, as I know the situation will change. Do most of you follow in my footsteps, well vice versa since I'm the new guy..

My big question is, and obviously can't be answered, but "How much money do you think we(active members) have spent in total on cigars, single boxes, five packs, HTF Box splits in the last 4 years?"..... Not counting humidors accessories, etc.....

I can't imagine the total.. I think it would blow our minds.
 
I think I might be sick if I look to see how much I have spent in just under 2 months! I have almost stopped buying but every time I say I have enough there is another great release of something that I just can't pass up. I have enjoyed every minute of it and made some good friends though and that is just as important!

Al cigars in Holland have a tax band around them, I immediately remove that so that if I open the humidor I don't get reminded about what I spend on them ( the worst part is that I gonna burn 'm all)
 
Mike, I think as a whole from just the NJ/NY/CT & PA S/BOTL, we probably spent enough that we could have paid-off a nice cigar lounge by now....... :D :thumbs: :cool:
 
I have a running tally of what my stash is worth through excel. And it is a not a nice number. Figuring that I started smoking a year ago and that I joined CP 5 months ago. It went down hill since then
 
I've spent more in the past week since lurking around here than i have in the past year. It's going to be a great summer to smoke!!

This gives me a reason to quit the Newports....
