I remember doing similar when I was young and stupid, but never did much more than scaling the school and a few local business. I think my highest jump was around 7 meters, not the 20 he mentioned!

parkour has actually started gaining footholds in the states. There is a school (perhaps underground?) in NYC that teaches it as a form of counterculture exersize, where first you follow teachers around in a padded learning area, then out onto the streets. COol idea if I were in better shape. I'll stick to sitting on the deck with a scotch and a cigar, and then hit the gym at work.
