When I worked downtown(Pittsburgh North Side and Liberty Ave) we would walk to lunch everyday, and everyday we had the same guys bumming change. I figured I would take all the change out of the center console of my car and walk around jingling it in both pockets. I guess it took them about a week and then no one bothered us again.
Bum: Got Change?
Me: Nope(change rattling in pocket)

I mean don't get me wrong I have nothing against the homeless or poor BUT if you look 20ish, have fully functional legs and arms, have a bottle of booze in your back pocket and a pack of Marlboro Reds in your front pocket....

HOO RAH! NO ****! You'd think it would only take half of a brain to figure that one out. I know some of them are mentally disturbed but that's probably because of all the dope and booze anyway.
