We have our first boat weekend planned for this weekend. Work has been busy as heck with lots of OT (50 hour weeks for the last two months) add in some TDY, plus that friggin 1 hour commute each way...and I get to say, "I'm tired!".

Here's the plan (wife and I have tomorrow off):

We wake up late, take it slow, maybe hit Starbucks for a nice cup of coffee.
Get the boat ready (it's in the garage) and head out sometime around lunch.
We'll put the boat in the InterCoastal Waterway at Port Orange (between Daytona and New Smyrna Beach).
We'll head north to St Augustine, taking our time....3 to 4 hours by boat.
We'll leave the boat in the St Augustine Municipal Marina, get some gas and then head to the hotel.
I'm spending some of my OT money here:
Casa Monica Hotel

Friday night is just us...a little room service, a little wine....

Saturday is total goof off day and some friends show up in the afternoon. We have dinner plans here:
La Pentola

Sunday is the reverse of Friday (heading home) but includes a thorough power wash of the boat (including a motor flush) before I put her away (the ICW is brackish).

Here's the forecast (60's and 70's) for St Augustine:

Only thing left to do at this point is figure out which cigars to bring!

Sounds like a great weekend planned with some well earned relaxation. Hope you and the wife have a great time!
