Stocking the Bar

This is what's in my bar at the momment not including some sweet mixers and flavored vodkas for my wife.

Mixing Rum: Myers's or Captain Morgan's.

Mixing Vodka: Absolut, Ketel One, Stolichnaya or Skyy.

Mixing Whiskey/Whisky: Seagrams 7, Bushmills, Crown Royal, Elijah Craig 12, George Dickel No. 12

Sipping Vodka:Vox, Belevedere, Grey Goose, Hanger One, Van Gough, Chopin, Ciroc, Level.

Sipping Whiskey: Blanton's, Knob Creek, Woodford Reserve, Gentleman Jack, Jack Daniels Single Barrel, Marker's Mark, Elijah Craig 18, Old Charter Proprietor's Blend (13).

Tequila: Patron Anejo, Corralejo Reposado. (Margarita Mixers) Grand Marnier & Cointreau

Single Malt Scotch: Talisker 10, Talisker 18, Macallan 12, 18, 25, Macallan 25 Anniversary Malt, Cask Strength, Macallan Fine Oak 10, FO 15 & FO 25, Glenfiddich 21 Gran Reserva, Glenfiddich 18, 15, 12, Dalmore Cigar Malt, Glenkinche 10, Aberfeldy 12, Highland Park 12 & 18, Dalwhinnie 15, The Balvenie 10, 12 & 15, Oban 14, Glenlivet 12 & 18, Glenmorangie Port Wood 12, Glenmorangie Sherry Wood 12, Cragganmore 12, Bowmore Legend, Glen Garioch 8.

Blended or Vatted Malts: Johnnie Walker Blue, Gold, Green, Black, Red, Dewar's 12 Special Reserve.

Cognac: Remy Martin VSOP, Courvoisier VS, Hennessy VS.

Gin: Plymouth
 
A mixing rum: Bacardi Silver
A mixing vodka: Polar Bear Ice
A mixing tequila: Sauza Hornitos
A sipping rum: Ron Zacapa 23
A sipping whiskey: Knob Creek
A sipping tequila: Herradua Silver
A decent single malt (one that you would not be ashamed to share): Balvenie Doublewood
A decent blended scotch: Johnnie Walker Black
 
No tequila.

Bacardi 151, Bombay Sapphire Gin, Wild Turkey 101, Johnny Walker Black Scotch .. for the bar crowd.

no tequila.

I drink single malt (Balvenie 15 generally) and Macallan 18 if i'm alone. Cognac i put in hot chocolate, Martell Cordon Bleu, or tease my tongue with a few drops of cask strength Daniel Bouju.

Chimay Blue is a decent drank, and I've been known to sip sake with tex mex or szechuan either one.

no tequila. i got 3 ex wives. i used to drink tequila.

A sipping rum: Pyrat Pistol
A sipping whiskey: Maker's Mark
A sipping tequila: Hacienda Vieja Reposado
A decent single malt (one that you would not be ashamed to share): Macallan 12 / Laphroig 10
A decent blended scotch: Dewars

Cognac : Hennessy
Brandy : El Presidente

Always keep : Bailey's
