Our illustrious president, Steve Wagner, is quite fond of a fine cigar with his beer. And because he's the boss, he can buck the no smoking rule at our restaurant.

Bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with green tomato chutney and bacon-wrapped oysters with hot pepper jelly, served on toast with wilted watercress

Crispy Pig Ears
with wild arugula, parsley, lemon zest, dried cranberries, and grilled halloumi cheese
3rd Course
Short Rib
Braised for 12 hours with black pepper & Double Bastard Ale glaze, spiced pear risotto, and crispy basil
Dessert
Russian Caramel Napoleon
With Guanaja chocolate rubber, hazelnut dacquoise, mousseline cream and candied hazelnuts
