Storing Cigars

In one of my humidors (my ISOM) humidor, I keep these separate...I have my cigars in boxes, the cardboard boxes, I mainly purchase 3 packs or 5 packs etc. Is it okay to leave these in these boxes or should I take them out?

I agree. By keeping the cigars in the cardboard or dress box, it will keep the natural aromas and oils from evaporating, therby allowing the cigar to age better.

Yes, and by way of caution, keep all tubos IN the humi. Tubes don't have a perfect seal.
