Right Ray?

Anyone else mess with these puzzles? I love 'em, foir a few minutes mindless busy work they are great. I saw this for the first time on my trip to San Antonio and decided to pick up a book for the flight home. Well, they were generally too easy so I gave that book away but I picked up a computer Su Doku at gamehouse.com. It Rocks! Here's one of the puzzles, for those that haven't seen it or want to check it out.

Now I just want to try the "Killer Su Doku."

-K-

I have several books and do the two in the paper at night on my commute home. Very addictive. I also do the NY Times crossword puzzle in the morning then the NY Post crossword puzzle in the afternoon with the Su Duko, so yes to your question!

This thing is everywhere now. My wife picked up a book on a flight back home once and she's been hooked on it ever since.

LOL!!

I actually paid $14.95 for some software that I downloaded on my computer. The software I bought was from sudoko.com

With this software, you can "dub" in the puzzles that are in the newspaper. The ones in the paper are generally pretty easy. The more complicated ones are easier to solve on the computer because you can "pencil in" the possibilities for the specific box. It's a much better way to learn how to become proficient with these.

I've only been playing for a month or so and I enjoy it!

Karl, try the "evil" sudoku HERE

These things are indeed horribly addictive. I easily waste half an hour a day doing these. Thanks again Karl! :angry2:

Here's a free Su Doku widget:

...and another one:

btw, Su = number, Doku = single, so in English, the game is just "Single Number" -- sounds a lot less exotic. ;)

It figures I'd get suckered in......

Thanks for the other sites Andrew. It sure beats paying for it.
