Check out the Nordic News section about the alimony:

"**A sperm donor in Örebro has been ordered to pay alimony to the Lesbian woman his sperm was used to incseminate. The woman’s Lesbian relationship ended – but she had three children using the donor, and sued the man for alimony support. The court found in favour of the woman, saying that the man was the biological father, and thus had to pay. The decisions has been appealed."

As you might have guessed, I am not a giant fan of any divorce law (or lawyers, for that matter)...it is one fo the areas that my chosen profession least fulfills the promise it makes to further justice.
