I have seen other posts on outrageous sales on Ebay; but this is the first I have seen where it actually blatantly states that it has the cigars with the box for the sale? Can they do that? Maybe I have missed it before and this is nothing new...

I believe they have done this in the past. The loophole seems to be the "sticks that are not for consumption." Don't they do this for alcohol as well when they sell "bottles with content not for consumption"?
 
LOL wow, the seller made VERY SURE that they are completely covered under Ebay's tobacco policy. Smart guy.

I used to chase the rare stuff, and I think I've finally moved past it.

Of course Pete makes great stuff, but you know, I can buy all the Tat brown label stuff I want without any hassle. Good enough for me.

Crazy how people can screw others over like this. I know of at least one shop that was selling the 10 count boxes BELOW msrp! Wish I got in on time for them!
