TAPATALK now installed - please read

I just reinstalled tapatalk. If you plan on using this app, PLEASE be sure to remove any signature that is created by your phone/tapatalk, ie: "Sent using blah blah blah by TapATalk". It adds un-needed clutter to the forum. Thanks!
 
...also, guys, don't make the mistake I made. There is a "Taptalk" site but it doesn't have much to do with this application......:0
 
Thanks for taking care of that and Ill make sure to not use the tapatalk sig line. Do you know if there is a way to turn that off in the tapatalk app or do I just have to erase it every time before I post?
 
To turn off the tapatalk signature...you're going to have to poke around the tapatalk app. Somewhere there's an option to modify/remove the sig tag.
 
Right when you go to log in, at the bottom are 4 icons. Network, Accounts, History and Settings. Click on settings and the option to remove the signature is there.
 
Rod, I can't view my PM's via Tapatalk, it gives me an error that says the forum is currently unavailable, yet I can view the boards and make posts. It says the same thing when I try to view my profile.

Are you running the latest version of tapatalk? Blackberry, iPhone or Android?

Same here, PMs don't work in Tapatalk. It says the forum is closed. Perhaps it's a forum setting?
 
I'm having the same issue on my blackberry. Unfortunately the only control that I have is making sure the server plug-in is installed, which it is. Everything else is controlled by the tapatalk app. You may want to ask at their forum: http://www.tapatalk.com/forum/
 
Any update to this? Keeps saying the plugin is out of date (server side). Updated to the latest release of tapatalk and got the same errors. I absolutely LOVE tapatalk on my iPhone, please fix when you have time Rod! Pleeeeease!

I bought Tapatalk because two forums I frequent (this being one) supported it... Now neither of them do. Go figure.

I think CP's new mobile skin blows Tapatalk out of the water. Even if Rod were to bring Tapatalk support back I would not use it.

Been using the mobile version on my blackberry for weeks now - love how it works. Haven't given Tapatalk another thought.

I concur, the new mobile skin blows away tapatalk. However, since some of you purchased the app, I will do my best to keep it updated on the server. I just updated it, so please try again.
 
Thank you Rod! Messages work, and profiles work. Still an error on latest unread posts but no biggie. I'll try out the mobile version more to see what I'm missing.
