Just curious if anyone's had any draw or misc. issues with these. I was thinking of picking up a box but I've heard that being a "sandwich" they have some problems. I've smoked a handfull and never experienced any issues but a box full, that may be too much.

Should I pull the trigger or just pony up a little more for the Reds?

I've yet to have any draw problems with these. The only real issue I've had is that they don't seem to hold their ash very well, which makes sense from a mixed filler.

I will also say that while they claim to have the "leftover" filler from the Havana VI's, I find the P's to be a much milder smoke. All in all, they aren't a bad cigar though.

Edit: Just noticed that you've already tried these, so I guess you know how they taste.

My opinion is that it's worth every cent to upgrade to a box of Havana VI's particularly the Nobles which I love. Just bought a box a couple weeks ago!

I love the Havana VI Angeles. I agree they're worth it, but I would also like to have that yard cigar/one to give to the freeloaders when they come around.

I've gone through boxes of these with just a few plugged sticks. They do benefit from a few months of box time.

I will say that it the wrapper is very delicate. So I'd leave the cello on.

My box didn't come with cello..are they now placing cello on em? ???

I have to agree with a few replies here.

the wrapper is very delicate and gets even more so with some time in the humi

A very mild smoke- but a good smoke non the less for the price

Upgrading to the Havana Nobles is worth every cent also, i love the nobles, they are one of my favorite smokes

I just smoked one of these series P's the other day that was sitting for a few months and I really enjoyed it, I did not like them so much when i first bought them, but after sitting for a little while they turned into a pretty good smoke

edit to add...

Oh yeah, mine had no celo either, is that something new they are doing?

Smoked a tatuaje p4 tonight. Been in humidor for 2monthes. Did not like the first 3rd. But halfway to nub was not bad at all. Definitely recommend the Havana VI line though.
