I've only had the 05, 06, and now the 07. I thought the 05 was fantastic. Of course I usually prefer the harsher less complex taste of Reposada so that might be effecting my opinion.

Tequila

I realize that a lot of guys drink their's neat but I once heard a comedian say that tequila tasted great with apple juice. It sounded disgusting but I tried it with one of those shooter bottles and then went through two regular sizes of tequila in two weeks drinking it with apple juice.

I'm usually not big on tequila but had three this week while in LV. I met a friend at a tequila bar Monday night. I walked in with a glass of Johnnie Walker Blue so the bartender was bound and determined to convert me to tequila.
Casa Noble Single Barrel-Black Bottle
The lady bartender told me this was the most "scotch like" tequila she had. Um, not so scotch like but it was a tad smoky and finished well.
Don Julio 1942-
This would be my new favorite if I like tequila. Very easy to drink.
Herradura Seleccion Supremea-
Tasted more like cognac than tequila. Nice splurge for any tequila lover.
