Welcome to the other states that have already passed such a bill. My state was passed last year and is effective June 1st if I remember correctly. But it also bans smoking in bars and tobacco shops as well. You will be lucky to be able to smoke in a cigar shop. We can't. :angry: Thus I don't buy cigars in my state.

Wait till they tell you it wont effect the bar and restaurant business. Also, wait till your property taxes go up because revenue is down from people not going to bars or restaurants as much.
