The actually celebrated date is August 23rd....when the original thread was posted. Yet like most "holidays" there is a nice week of no work and entertainment that follows. Check with your employer on whether or not this is one of your paid holdiays. :p LMAO
 
Archie Bunker was good with malapropism. Unfortunately about half of our members probably don't know who Archie Bunker is. LOL! :D

Last time I tried to lighten the mood up (circa Gamelover) I got yelled at by people who seem to think saying nice things about others is innapropriate while pouring derision on people is perfectly fine.

I'll sit this one out..

Hated that show growing up, used to practice my french horn during it to show my displeasure. And I wasn't very good when I was ten years old. ;)
 
I have been told that I AM Archie Bunker, but since it was my wife who said it, I told her to Stifle It and bring me a Beer :D
