Okay, here's a topic for ya, The Atkins Diet.


IMO, this is one of the most retarded things out there.
Of course it works, if you practically cut a food group out of your diet you will loose weight, or you can chop off an arm and you will loose the weight too.

On the other hand, carbohydrates are a great way to get energy for your body [otherwise why do teams "carbo-load" with lots of pasta and the like the day before a big tournament.]






The Sir-smokes-a-lot Diet:
- eat a little healthier, FYI no one died from going light on french fries and pizza.

- get yer lazy a$$ off the couch a few times a week.
I mean, you do not have to join a gym, but a few times a week 3/4, take a walk around the block a few times, go for 30 min.


In no time at all [bunch of weeks] you will look better, feel better and burn calories better.



Not everything can be done overnight, that includes improving your health.




Oh yeah, and while it might "help" you out for a little, as soon as you get off the diet, you will get fat again unless you change your lifestyle.
