It's day 3 on the Iditarod trail and Jim Lanier is currently in ninth place. He lives only a couple of miles from me in Chugiak. I don't know him...but go Jim! Unfortunately, I only got to watch one or two of the ceremonial starts in Anchorage last Saturday.
