W. Curtis Drapers & Charlie Palmer Steak is having there annual event on Sept. 29, 2006. The Little Puff returns for the seventh year. It will be held at Charlie Palmer Steak, located at 101 Constitution Ave NW, Washington DC. The cost is $125 per person. The money is being raised for 3 area scolarships. The cost includes cigars from approximately 15 manufactures, liquor samples, and a selection of specially prepared food by Chef Voltaggio. For more information you can call W.
