The intracacies of grammar are not necessarily my forte. I think they are pretty much interchangable.
However, it struck me (and it seems I'm not entirely alone) that your post was referring to the old "Coffee Talk" days with "Linda Richman" a/k/a Mike Myers. "She" would, as I recall, say "amongst." I thought you were "quoting" or referring to that skit.
However, if it's really that important and you wish to pontificate further on the uses and perhaps mis-uses of amongst, there is a dicussion to be found here: :sign:

I'll tell you that unlike the infamous, Vitasea, Seavita is a truly stand-up BOTL that both Gary and I have known for better than 20 years.
Unfortunately, Seavita is a Yankees fan. If he could only pull his head out of his ass long enough... he might get enough oxygen to the brain that would allow him to realize that THE BOSTON RED SOX are the best baseball team around.
Other than that... Seavita's a good guy. :thumbs:

Being a native Rhody, we have several roads here, all full of some of the worst drivers in the country, though there is an island that is part of Rhode Island, that place is called Block Island, which has some paved and unpaved roads., mostly a tourist trap full of "Tour-Ons" as the locals call them.
