Sunday:
Hatched early. Beautiful day! about 75F and humid. The place looks OK...a little cramped, but nicely decorated. Think I'll get some breakfast, then go take a look around outside. Boy! I can smell food! Kinda dark in here....

Just finished breakfast...long filler. mmmmm lovely, with a nice Connecticut
wrapper. It was kind of creamy, with buttery overtones. Met some of the
guys too. They sure are a hungry bunch. We're all having a picnic later
outside, if we can figure out how to get there...we decided to all go off in
different directions to see what we can find.

The picnic was great! Maduro like Mom used to make! And so many of the
guys are here that it almost feels like home already - And there are so
many great places to eat! Honduran, Dominican, you name it.
Nobody can quite figure out where we are though...it's been so long since we got laid.... Hey that reminds me...I got a date! and cute too,
kinda...leggy. She's a little shy, but maybe I can find a way to bring her
out of her shell.
Maybe I'll take her to dinner tomorrow. I hear there's a Cuban joint a few
minutes walk from here that serves rare corojo.

I'm learning more about where we are now. Been talking to the guys all
afternoon between snacks. It's getting easier to meet people here since
there seem to be more little rooms and doorways outside all the time! I
think I am putting on weight...must try to eat something a little milder.

We all got a real shock when the sky opened up and somebody put some babies
in here wrapped in their own bundle of food so they wouldn't get hungry.
How kind..... I always wondered how babies were made. Hey..that must be how I got here...from the sky....wow! I wonder what's up there? Who made this place? Who puts the babies in the bundles of food? It must be......GOD!!!!!
Jesus, I found religion! That's good isn't it? (Doesn't sex come next?)
Note: Must remember to thank God for the food. Where the heck am I gonna
find a turkey in this place?

The sky opened up again but this time there was a lot of noise like thunder.
I think we made God angry...but I can't work out why. After all, we ate
all the food he gave us, didn't covet another beetle's wife or anything.
I wonder if we're not allowed to swim in the credo?
Funny...a lot of the guys disappeared after that. Maybe they're allergic or
something.

Jeez it's getting cold around here! There was more bumping and funny noises
too. I think we really upset God and he started the ice age to punish us.
I hope it doesn't get any colder- I didn't bring an overcoat.

Getting kinda sleepy. But then it's been a long day. Looking forward to
tomorrow.....so...much..to do....so many....places to go.....things...to
