The Time Has Come

Well after 5 really really long years stationed at Fort Hood, it is now time for me to move on. March 7th is my last official day as a Fort Hood soldier. The following Monday I start 30 days of vacation on the East coast (VA) and then on the 9th of April I board an airplane for Brussels, Belgium.

So Monday I will be FWD the mail to a friends house while we are on vacation, and Monday-Wednesday I will have my house packed up and shipped. This also means that starting Wednesday I will be without the Humi...and this makes me sad.

All in all I am very excited to be starting a new adventure with the 2 people I love the most in this world, my wife and daughter.

Good luck bro. I have to do the same thing at the end of the year, but I will have to leave the fam for a while. It is very hard, I know, but seems to get easier once a solid routine is established.
