Laudisi Acquires Caldwell Cigar Co.

Laudisi, best known for its pipe brands, is acquiring Caldwell and Lost&Found. Both Robert Caldwell and Juan Jaramillo will join Laudisi with equity in the company.

I like Caldwell. I hope this doesn’t spell the end of them. At least for now it looks like they keep on. Long live the king!

A new owner can be a blessing for a small business, if the new owner recognizes what made the brand great, and lets it flourish. Then there's the other path.....let's hope for the best here.
