We do not disclose which store has sold them. All shipping labels, returns, and refunds are processed by Cigar Consignment. We stand behind the cigars we sell, regardless of which store has shipped them, and are the ones who handle any problems. If one should arise, we handle it with the customer, then after the customer is satisfied, we deal with the vendor. Which vendor it is would have no impact on the customer.


I wouldn't usually resurrect an old thread but I was treated good and want to thank Mike with Cigar Consignment. He did as he said he would. The long and the short of it is that I was sent the wrong cigars. The issue was addressed professionally and immediately, a return label was provided the same day I said something. He admitted the mistake was totally on him and/or his vendor and he made it better than right.
Great cost with timely responses, I'll go back. :D
