I just had some rather painful dental surgery, but am recouping ok. In a bit of pain and, in the process of it all, had an extraction as well and now have a gaping hole where a rear molar used to be. The very day I stumble back from the oral surgeon's, I get a little slip in my mail box that I have a registered parcel waiting for me from Hong Kong. Apparently some of the Phillipines' finest RASS. But for the time being, I must abstain. I keep repeating to myself that MRN says I should wait on these, but I've smoked boxes and boxes of these babies "young" and still love 'em. But, whatever gets you through, right? So, I say it to myself anyway.

Then today. Today I get a most generous package from Doc. Doc, thank you very much. I'll be fully recouped to partake of these in the upcoming festivities, and want to thank you again for the inclusion, the thought and the generosity. Truly an outstanding BOTL you are. :thumbs:

Sorry for your pain, but it sounds like your patience will be well rewarded. In the meantime, I'll smoke a couple of nice sticks for you.

Smoking after an extraction can result in what is called a "dry socket". My dentist said to wait until the "gapng hole" is healed completely...After a bout of dental surgery I had.

I had one of them when I used to smoke cigarettes..... wouldn't wish that on anyone... painful
