I have noticed occasional problems.
The site will at times load very slow. And sometimes when I post on a thread it actually times out.

Ok, I posted that exactly 1 hour ago and I just now was able to get back on.
The one thing that is different is that I don't the "Google.com", I assume a spider or bot of sorts.

It could be routing issues which most people blame on the site they are trying to go to when in reality it is their ISP's routing method to the ATM Backbones. If there is a network problem along the way somewhere, it will slow you do anytime you have to go through it. That would be my guess for here as well
