I just got my Series 2 Tivo a a couple days ago - and it has just blown me away! Already, I can't imagine TV without it.

Anyone else?

I have a box called Ultimate TV for Direct TV. It is along the same lines as the Tivo. I love being able to stop a program for any reason I want and then continue watching it from where I stopped it. If I have a regular TV show that I want to watch, I'll start watching it half hour after it starts so I can fast forward thru the commercials. That means I get to watch a hour show in about 45 minutes or less.

Its pretty cool...... can't wait till I hook up the second line. Should be great during football season.

DirecTV for me. With all those channels, there's still nothing to watch! lol Much better than cable. You get so much more with DirecTV.

DirectTV is satellite, right? Tivo works with that you know.....

Man, I have to admit - I'm kinda surprised. With the popularity of Tivo, I expected this topic to explode.

I don't watch alot of tv. I always have the radio on though. I think I'm gonna buy an XM Radio. Those are nice. 100 channels of clear radio, and 23 are commerical free. I'm gonna get one soon.
