Gavin, the quote function is acting up, but to answer you, the brisket was amazing. The Aganorsa Signature was maybe a 7/10, so not too bad. Got a deal on some at Small Batch.

‘01 RyJ Robustos EL - been on an old EL kick lately and enjoying some phenomenal smokes. This one another beauty from the days when I bought a lot shipped with bands removed. Cocoa, cantaloupe & citrus. So good!
