I didn't take enough pics to do a full review thread, but I can tell you hands down that the Nov. 2025 release is the winner. I luckily bought a box of those (white box). I started with the Nov. 2025 release and it was so clean and smooth cedar/sumatra flavors with a hint of white pepper; the retro was full of gram cracker; burn and draw was perfect; but the last 1.5 inch showed its youth and fell off a little and got kind of harsh. Then I started the Jan. 2025 release and it did not start out wow like the Nov one; it was not bad, it was just flat and while it was smooth and earthy, it lacked the flavor bomb of the Nov. release.
