This is starting out pretty good. Aladino Vintage Selection, Habano wrapper and Corojo binder and filler, all grown by the Eiroas in Honduras. Habano spice, cedar, toasty grains, slight red pepper, and some light sweetness (edit: it just resolved into raisin). Medium and very nicely balanced.

Dying to know how you liked it. I've got some coming.

I enjoyed it! Great burn and flavor, but I smoked it right off the truck, so I think it will be even better after a few days resting and I will try another one and really focus on flavors. But worth a 5er for sure!!

In my opinion, one of the best tuxtla smokes Pete as done. Bon Chasseur 10th anny tuxtla. If I could find a decent priced box I would buy another quickly

Nice! What a great way to close out the box. The first EL I went Gaga over. First one I bought more than a few boxes of. Never had even a mediocre one. My all time favorite EL and I’m a certified CoHo.

Oliva Saison Habano (“2009”)
Red pepper, cedar, cotton candy, mild retro. Medium body/strength. Developing to earth, oak, more spice, coffee & leather - fuller bodied. Well-constructed nice stick. I’ll try the maduro (“2011”) later today for comparison.
