Here's the deal!
I personally know about your horrendous tobacco taxes!
So, a friend of a friend is returning to Toronto around Sept 4th.
If you are in need of any cigars I would facilitate the transportation of 25 sticks to the GTA (whatever the limit is).
I figured I would try to spread some Cigarpass love!
